I. POSITION OVERVIEW
The role is responsible for overseeing the Maintenance top nhà cái uy tín Safety functions for all cable systems at the Sun World Park/s within the scope of responsibility.
This role is responsible for developing the Maintenance Plan top nhà cái uy tín for ensuring the proper implementation the Sun World Maintenance program within the Park/s top nhà cái uy tín ensuring all daily, weekly, monthly top nhà cái uy tín annual inspection top nhà cái uy tín maintenance tasks in addition to reactive maintenance tasks across the Park/s are carried out according to Manufacturer requirements top nhà cái uy tín SWG standards.
II. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop the Maintenance Plan in accordance with Manufacturer guidelines, international top nhà cái uy tín internal standards;
- Develop SOPs, Checklists, Tool top nhà cái uy tín Equipment lists, PPE requirements top nhà cái uy tín provide training to Technical Employees to ensure the safe top nhà cái uy tín efficient execution of maintenance tasks in accordance with relevant requirements top nhà cái uy tín standards;
- Checking the quality, efficiency top nhà cái uy tín standard of maintenance work being carried out in the Park/s to ensure compliance with Manufacturer requirements top nhà cái uy tín relevant standards / regulations;
- Ensure all work is properly recorded top nhà cái uy tín documented. Tracking, recording top nhà cái uy tín following daily maintenance tasks top nhà cái uy tín inspections according to relevant standards;
- Liaise with equipment manufacturer for spare parts, troubleshooting, fault resolution, servicing requirements, special project works/annual maintenance top nhà cái uy tín coordinate plans with the Park/s;
- Works closely with other departments to improve efficiency top nhà cái uy tín safety.
- Reviews top nhà cái uy tín comments on new designs top nhà cái uy tín construction.
- Makes onsite inspection on new facilities top nhà cái uy tín construction sites.
- Ensures a proper handover of equipment top nhà cái uy tín facilities from project team
- Review annual budget with SWG Maintenance Director, top nhà cái uy tín in consultation with the Sun World Park/s GM;
- Overview top nhà cái uy tín manage high voltage system, fire fighting systems according to Vietnamese regulations/laws.
- Analyse failures top nhà cái uy tín improve downtime performance;
Staff Team Support top nhà cái uy tín Improvement
- Facilitating onboarding training top nhà cái uy tín developing ongoing specialist training for all Department Staff, to ensure all Team Members are able to carry out their jobs effectively top nhà cái uy tín in accordance with all Company policies, Manufacturer requirements, safety requirements top nhà cái uy tín SOPs;
- Role modelling, assessing, coaching top nhà cái uy tín guiding Department Managers top nhà cái uy tín other Team Members.
- Assist key personnel in achievement of tasks;
- Attend top nhà cái uy tín participate in all operational meetings top nhà cái uy tín report on financial results top nhà cái uy tín operational procedures top nhà cái uy tín outcomes. Discuss all meeting decisions top nhà cái uy tín outcomes to the team.
Complete other duties requested by management.
III. REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated expertise in a similar role as Manager/Director in a dynamic, fast paced environment with shifting priorities;
- Hands-on experience working with Cable Cars, top nhà cái uy tín willingness to be hands-on, working directly on site to direct top nhà cái uy tín supervise the work being carried out by Technicians;
- Understanding of International Safety standards that apply to Cable Car operations top nhà cái uy tín maintenance. (ASTM, ISO, EN);
- University level mechanical, civil or electrical engineering qualification;
- Minimum 5 year experiencein a similar position in an international tourist attraction;
- Is Familiar with relevant standards (EN 1069, EN15288 etc.);
- Experience with budgeting top nhà cái uy tín cost analysis;
- Good skills in Microsoft Office top nhà cái uy tín CAD;
- Stays updated on new technologies;
- Understands manufacturer manuals top nhà cái uy tín drawings;
- Ability to respond to new initiatives, changing conditions top nhà cái uy tín shifting priorities;
- Ability to train top nhà cái uy tín coach staff, lead top nhà cái uy tín motivate others to achieve results;
- Ability to develop top nhà cái uy tín implement SOPs, checklists, according to Manufacturer Manuals top nhà cái uy tín industry best-practice;
