I. POSITION OVERVIEW

The role is responsible for overseeing the Maintenance nhà cái uy tín 90 Safety functions for all cable systems at the Sun World Park/s within the scope of responsibility.

This role is responsible for developing the Maintenance Plan nhà cái uy tín 90 for ensuring the proper implementation the Sun World Maintenance program within the Park/s nhà cái uy tín 90 ensuring all daily, weekly, monthly nhà cái uy tín 90 annual inspection nhà cái uy tín 90 maintenance tasks in addition to reactive maintenance tasks across the Park/s are carried out according to Manufacturer requirements nhà cái uy tín 90 SWG standards.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop the Maintenance Plan in accordance with Manufacturer guidelines, international nhà cái uy tín 90 internal standards;
• Develop SOPs, Checklists, Tool nhà cái uy tín 90 Equipment lists, PPE requirements nhà cái uy tín 90 provide training to Technical Employees to ensure the safe nhà cái uy tín 90 efficient execution of maintenance tasks in accordance with relevant requirements nhà cái uy tín 90 standards;
• Checking the quality, efficiency nhà cái uy tín 90 standard of maintenance work being carried out in the Park/s to ensure compliance with Manufacturer requirements nhà cái uy tín 90 relevant standards / regulations;
• Ensure all work is properly recorded nhà cái uy tín 90 documented. Tracking, recording nhà cái uy tín 90 following daily maintenance tasks nhà cái uy tín 90 inspections according to relevant standards;
• Liaise with equipment manufacturer for spare parts, troubleshooting, fault resolution, servicing requirements, special project works/annual maintenance nhà cái uy tín 90 coordinate plans with the Park/s;
• Works closely with other departments to improve efficiency nhà cái uy tín 90 safety.
• Reviews nhà cái uy tín 90 comments on new designs nhà cái uy tín 90 construction.
• Makes onsite inspection on new facilities nhà cái uy tín 90 construction sites.
• Ensures a proper handover of equipment nhà cái uy tín 90 facilities from project team
• Review annual budget with SWG Maintenance Director, nhà cái uy tín 90 in consultation with the Sun World Park/s GM;
• Overview nhà cái uy tín 90 manage high voltage system, fire fighting systems according to Vietnamese regulations/laws.
• Analyse failures nhà cái uy tín 90 improve downtime performance;

Staff Team Support nhà cái uy tín 90 Improvement

• Facilitating onboarding training nhà cái uy tín 90 developing ongoing specialist training for all Department Staff, to ensure all Team Members are able to carry out their jobs effectively nhà cái uy tín 90 in accordance with all Company policies, Manufacturer requirements, safety requirements nhà cái uy tín 90 SOPs;
• Role modelling, assessing, coaching nhà cái uy tín 90 guiding Department Managers nhà cái uy tín 90 other Team Members.
• Assist key personnel in achievement of tasks;
• Attend nhà cái uy tín 90 participate in all operational meetings nhà cái uy tín 90 report on financial results nhà cái uy tín 90 operational procedures nhà cái uy tín 90 outcomes. Discuss all meeting decisions nhà cái uy tín 90 outcomes to the team.

Complete other duties requested by management.

III. REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated expertise in a similar role as Manager/Director in a dynamic, fast paced environment with shifting priorities;
• Hands-on experience working with Cable Cars, nhà cái uy tín 90 willingness to be hands-on, working directly on site to direct nhà cái uy tín 90 supervise the work being carried out by Technicians;
• Understanding of International Safety standards that apply to Cable Car operations nhà cái uy tín 90 maintenance. (ASTM, ISO, EN);
• University level mechanical, civil or electrical engineering qualification;
• Minimum 5 year experiencein a similar position in an international tourist attraction;
• Is Familiar with relevant standards (EN 1069, EN15288 etc.);
• Experience with budgeting nhà cái uy tín 90 cost analysis;
• Good skills in Microsoft Office nhà cái uy tín 90 CAD;
• Stays updated on new technologies;
• Understands manufacturer manuals nhà cái uy tín 90 drawings;
• Ability to respond to new initiatives, changing conditions nhà cái uy tín 90 shifting priorities;
• Ability to train nhà cái uy tín 90 coach staff, lead nhà cái uy tín 90 motivate others to achieve results;
