II. JOB DESCRIPTION

MAKE BUSINESS AND BUDGET PLAN

• Check and analyze daily reports showing revenue, room, market and price indicators as per nhà cái uy tín vote budget for nhà cái uy tín vote year to provide timely feedback to nhà cái uy tín vote management unit;

• Check monthly inventory cost report and make monthly inventory plan with incharged accounting staff.

SUPERVISE ON-SITE BUSINESS OPERATING PROCEDURE TO ENSURE SERVICE QUALITY AND PROPERTIES MAINTENANCE

• Supervise and inspect nhà cái uy tín vote quality of services and material facilities in nhà cái uy tín vote operation areas of nhà cái uy tín vote project according to nhà cái uy tín vote issued checklist and weekly report to nhà cái uy tín vote Manager;
• Check nhà cái uy tín vote detailed report on nhà cái uy tín vote daily turnover for each outlet, assess nhà cái uy tín vote business performance of each outlet and timely feedback to nhà cái uy tín vote management unit;
• Inspect and provide feedback on nhà cái uy tín vote promotions of nhà cái uy tín vote management unit to ensure nhà cái uy tín vote effectiveness of these programs;
• Receive information and coordinate with accounting staff and related units to process and execute contracts for consultation, support, supervision and management with nhà cái uy tín vote management unit or as required by management unit.

COORDINATE ACTIVITIES WITH HEAD OFFICES OF UNIT AND GROUP

• Make reports about monthly interest, losses report, manning report and expenses report by coordinating with Finance Department, Human Resources Department and Operator;
• Coordinate with nhà cái uy tín vote Real Estate Center and nhà cái uy tín vote Marketing Communications Department in promoting advertisement and communication to nhà cái uy tín vote management unit in combination with programs or advertising campaigns of nhà cái uy tín vote Sun Group;
• Coordinate with nhà cái uy tín vote Human Resources Department in recruiting, training and releasing incentive policies for staffs working at Sun Group or under nhà cái uy tín vote management unit;
• Coordinate with nhà cái uy tín vote Finance Department in recruiting accounting personnel as well as reviewing pre-opening budgets, operation budgets, monthly interest and losses report, inventories, asset codes and financial issues relating to nhà cái uy tín vote project;
• Coordinate with nhà cái uy tín vote Information Technology Department to review, inspect and implement hardware systems, management software, support software.. by nhà cái uy tín vote request of nhà cái uy tín vote management unit who will implement for nhà cái uy tín vote project in preopening time and check new investment requirements or upgrade information technology equipment during nhà cái uy tín vote project’s operation;
• Collaborate with nhà cái uy tín vote Information Technology Department to recruit Information Technology staff to nhà cái uy tín vote management unit (if necessary);
• Coordinate with Sun Protection Services Company (SGS) in convincing nhà cái uy tín vote management unit to approve nhà cái uy tín vote use of provided services and ensure SGS services meet nhà cái uy tín vote requirements;
• Coordinate with Thoi Dai Communication Joint Stock Company (TDC) in convincing nhà cái uy tín vote management unit to approve nhà cái uy tín vote use of provided services and act as nhà cái uy tín vote contact source to solve problems or conflicts between nhà cái uy tín vote parties and to organize major events by nhà cái uy tín vote request of Sun Group;
• Coordinate with nhà cái uy tín vote Supervisor Department to ensure nhà cái uy tín vote regulation compliance and nhà cái uy tín vote support of nhà cái uy tín vote Group to carry out nhà cái uy tín vote inventory, maintenance and property maintenance of nhà cái uy tín vote management unit;
• Coordinate with nhà cái uy tín vote President Office to approve budgets, new investment policies outside nhà cái uy tín vote budget as well as get support and professional advice to resolve problems that nhà cái uy tín vote management unit cannot solve themselves;
• Coordinate with nhà cái uy tín vote International Economic Relations Department in purchasing goods or equipment for nhà cái uy tín vote pre-opening or new investment during nhà cái uy tín vote operation;
• Coordinate closely with nhà cái uy tín vote PMU, hotel and human resources in charge of technical handover, defect check, warranty support or other arising problems.

TAKE CARE OF DIPLOMATIC GUESTS

• Coordinate with member Companies and functional Departments to welcome diplomatic guests by nhà cái uy tín vote approved procedure.

LEGAL

• Consult and review service contracts and legality and policy issues of nhà cái uy tín vote hotel; besides, to assist working directly with nhà cái uy tín vote insurance consultant in case any problems occur;
• Coordinate with nhà cái uy tín vote Project Development Department to assist working with local authorities and function authorities to resolve and remove administrative and legal paperwork and documents (if have), and coordinate with nhà cái uy tín vote Department in nhà cái uy tín vote work permit application for nhà cái uy tín vote project.

Other tasks as assigned by nhà cái uy tín vote direct manager.

III. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration/Hotel Management;
• Good health is required;
• 3 years of hotel experience/ golf service;
• English: Good reading, writing and speaking skills;
• Ability to use informatics office well, adaptability to software and new applications quickly
• Communication skills, planning skills, work organization, presentation skills;
• Positive, proactive and responsible, honest, sociable, hard-working, calm individual is preferable;
