I. JOB OVERVIEW

The Chief Executive Officer will provide visionary leadership to Sun Group Academy’s Hotel nhà cái bóng đá uy tín Tourism School, guiding its strategic direction nhà cái bóng đá uy tín operational excellence. With our esteemed partnership with École Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), the CEO will ensure the seamless integration of international best practices with Vietnam’s rich cultural heritage, equipping graduates with global competencies in hospitality nhà cái bóng đá uy tín tourism.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define, communicate, nhà cái bóng đá uy tín execute the school’s strategic vision nhà cái bóng đá uy tín growth objectives.
• Oversee all academic nhà cái bóng đá uy tín operational functions, ensuring quality, efficiency, nhà cái bóng đá uy tín compliance with both local nhà cái bóng đá uy tín international standards.
• Cultivate partnerships with global educational institutions, industry leaders, nhà cái bóng đá uy tín hospitality networks.
• Work closely with EHL to implement nhà cái bóng đá uy tín maintain world-class curricula nhà cái bóng đá uy tín training methodologies.
• Inspire nhà cái bóng đá uy tín develop faculty nhà cái bóng đá uy tín staff, fostering a culture of service excellence nhà cái bóng đá uy tín continuous improvement.

III. REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s or Doctorate in Hospitality, Tourism, Education, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in hospitality education or related industries.
• Proven track record in strategic management, organizational growth, nhà cái bóng đá uy tín partnership development.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, nhà cái bóng đá uy tín cross-cultural leadership skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.
